Small boobs are considered bad in Australia?
The country has decided to ban smaller looking breasts from adult content because of pedo-y concerns.
"The ban on small breasted women in adult publications has been made by the Australian Classification Board allegedly on the grounds that such images could be construed as child pornography, even where those publications comply with American law and keep certification that performers are over 18.
Female ejaculation has been banned on the incredible grounds that "the depictions are a form of urination which is banned under the label of 'golden showers' in the Classification Guidelines" and/or "Female ejaculation is an 'abhorrent' depiction." Notably here male ejaculation is completely legal under the same guidelines, attracting an X rating in Australia."
First of all, boobs are boobs... And secondly, what's up with this female ejaculation thing? Talk about a double standard. You outta be ashamed of yourself, Australia! And to think Britain used to use you as a giant penal colony. ^_^

Because I do not have small boobs and I do not squirt this article poses no threat to me-therefor I have decided to condone said action and become an Australian porn star.

Who gets to determine if the boobs in question are too small to be legally shown?

If they want to ban small breasts, then they should make it gender-equal. Then, the only men allowed in porn will be men with big ol' moobs. That'll take care of the Australian porn industry.

I'd like to see what they consider "too small". Honestly I understand the concern about having actresses over 18 portraying themselves as much younger but there are much better ways to go about doing that than regulating cup size.
Female ejaculation is often misunderstood and it really is a shame to see it regulated like this as it can easily make women who do ejaculate during normal intercourse feel ashamed of it.

Some bureaucrat Down Under really has waaay too much time on his or her hands.
Does this mean that Blue Lagoon will be banned because of the "child boob" phase of Richard and Emily in the early part of the movie?

I'm guessing that isn't the only thing they have on their hands.

This has been debunked for a few weeks now.

Quote:
One publishing company mentioned, no specific decisions cited, no basis for the story other than the an unconfirmed statement by a leading figure of a political party.
…
There is no information from the Classification Board on any specific ban, only a general statement that publications with depictions of persons who appear to be under 18 must be refused classification (that is, banned).
The second article also says Ms Patten attended a training session at the Censorship Board where she was shown material that had been refused classificiation due to the size of women’s breasts in the material. The article says Ms Patten says some of the banned titles include “Barely Legal”, Finally Legal” and “Purely 18” - the links go to the Classification Board’s database showing the bans on each of those publications.
However, one of these bans was made in 2008, one in 2003, and the rest in 2001 or before.

A spokesperson for the ACB told me today that publications which contain offensive depictions or descriptions of persons who are or appear to be persons under the age of 18 (whether they are engaged in sexual activity or not) must be classified RC. They said the Board classifies publications on a case by case basis, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Classification of Publications, the Code and the Classification Act and that the Publications Guidelines do not specify breast size.

Why? Isn't it better to provide release through an outlet constructed with cosenting adults, rather than blue-balling guys who have a thing for young girls? Is that really safer for their potential victims, or the much younger people used in certain illegal porn?

Male ejaculation looks more like pissing than female. I've seen female ejaculation and it's just like a big gush...like a waterfall, sort of. It doesn't look like pissing at all.

Not in most cases, child molesting doesn't work the same way as normal attraction. Most child molesters are actually heterosexual men who are attracted to women their own age and have plenty of sex with those women, the desire to molest children is separate from that, it is actually a compulsion and repeated stimulus (such as child porn) makes it more likely for that compulsion to be carried out.
On the other hand it could potentially be a healthy outlet for true pedophilia but pedophilia accounts for far fewer attacks on children than child molesters.

I've never heard that before. In fact, everything I've read on the subject stands in direct opposition to the idea that "true" pedopiles are less likely to offend than guys with a thing. What's your source?

Psychology courses with focus on human sexuality and an interest in paraphilia. I know it isn't the most concrete answer in the world but that is the basis of my post, I'll look up something more legit but it may take a bit as I no longer have access to CNU's database subscriptions.
