Last night (aka the wee hours of this morning), I was simultaneously reading Metamorphosis (by Kafka) and watching Lord of The Rings (Return of the King). Then I wrote two new songs, drew some nifty sketches, and ate a little bit of leftover Chinese.
Since anything more exciting has yet to happen today (hiking is off, there's a heat advisory because it's 100+ degrees and high humidity).. I'm going to go with ^. For now.

So my two-year-old looks in the garbage and sees some broken egg shells. He asks his mother what happened to them. She tells him that I ate them. His response:
"Daddy ate my baby duck!?"

That's to cute to ruin with the thing I was gonna put here.
I'll just say today I got rid of a huge burden.
Hell, BtS, your story also made my day!

Hanging out by the river, chilling with my feet in the water, sipping on spiced rum and writing songs with a good friend. Life is...wonderful.

I have food in my belly and a bed to sleep in. Seeing as how my day sucked ass, for many reasons, I'm just going to be content with this.

Five people waved and smiled at me this morning on my way to work. It just made my day. Also today is my last day to work up until next week, because of my vacation, ALSO next week my birthday arrives. I'm EXCITED :B

I have FINALLY found a Bra top that's
A - In my size , and
B- Not white or some disgusting bright floral pattern.
It's front fastening with 10 hook and eyes, dark purple cotton ( Embroiderie Anglaise style ...I have no idea if I spelled that right) with a frill/ruffle over each cup.
Due to my size I can't wear it as outerwear as some people do, but I feel great in it!

I just found out about the International Spy Museum!
When I next get around Washington DC, I absolutely have to go there!

Dude, it's fucking awesome.
I kinda miss living near DC.

I stayed up until 5:30 am hanging out with my friends Jack and Irish Dean. A lot of whiskey and mead were involved.
Dean played Wagon Wheel on the guitar, and Jack and I sang at the top of our lungs. I'm so glad my neighbors put up with me. XD

Had an awesome meeting at the center, and just spoke to a girl I went to highschool with who I always though was awesome but we never really talked much. Anyway, turns out she's going back fulltime in September too! So I won't be alone and surrounded by first years! The time off I took was really necessary, but the one thing I dislike about going back to school at age 23 is that all the people my age that I know are graduating or already have graduated, so it'll be lonely. But now I have a lunch date I guess.
But I feel so super pumped right now.

Ending the day at a higher-level horse show, watching the last classes...chatting and meeting with non-psychos (hard to find in the horse world), learning valuable information, sweating horribly but hey, they had homemade tamales!
