Scottish Firm, inventors of worlds first bionic fingers, wins award
A Scottish firm which makes prosthetic limbs has won a global award beating off competition from 1,700 entries.

Touch Bionics, based in Livingston, won the award for the Most Innovative Company of the Year in Europe in the 2010 International Business Awards.
The firm's first breakthrough came in 2009, when it developed what was believed to be the world's first bionic fingers for partial hand amputee.
This year it launched a new prosthetic hand device, the i-LIMB Pulse.
Commenting on the win the company's chief executive officer, Stuart Mead, said: "To to win ahead of some of the biggest names in global business is a tremendous achievement.
"Innovation is at the core of this company and, from the launch of our first product, the i-LIMB Hand; we have never stopped innovating to ensure we continue to lead the world in the field of commercial bionic technology."
The award will be handed over at a ceremony in Istanbul in September.
The firm has already won a Queens Award for Enterprise.
