Xombie's eyes reminded me of someone and then I realized she reminded me of Mrs. Humane from back in the day, here is Mrs. Humane in the 80's next to Xombie:
You may not be able to see but both have blue eyes. Sorry the older photo is grainy but it was from a 35 mm slide I scanned.

Since it's been a while, I thought i'd post some photos ^_^
That one before I got a hair cut and dyed a bit of my hair
This one is from a crime scene dry run ^_^ the initials "FLD" stand for "forensic laboratory department", the official crime lab here
I'm too much of a coward to bleach my entire head then dye it purple, so I did this ^_^

i'm thinking kor does it right and uses less product. not to bring up the subject of the skin thing but you know, i'm obnoxious. because i use a b;lackhead scrub and astringent and moustirizer and then bare minerals makeup and always get hairspray all over my face. maybe stop using so much product?
this was to fruitbat/

Saya- She really is a nice bird, when she's not screaming her beak off. Our daughter will likely inherit her, she will live that long. Birds are beginning to amaze me.
PJ- From my experience and past training, using a scrub more than a couple times a week over stresses the skin and often times people choose too harsh of an astringent which freaks the skin out as well. Maybe reduce using the scrub a little? What astringent are you using? What ever you do, don't cut out the moisturizer, especially if it has SPF to it! Dry skin will sometimes go in an oily meltdown to over compensate. I don't think you need to stop using your BM or hairspray, just be sure to give your face a gentle wash each night to get the residues off.

What if you have super oily skin? I'm using a scrub almost every day now since summer started and my face is more clear than it used to be. My forehead particularly needs it, every morning I feel like I was marinating in oil while I slept.

Hmm... Not too sure about that. I'm Blessed with normal, balanced skin most of the time and then it gets a little oily in the T-Zone during that time of the month and I'm prone to dryness in cold weather.
But the reason I was told about scrubbing too much is that if you do it too often the skin will start to secrete more oil to protect itself. Also, over cleansing in general can both some skin too. I think if I were in your shoes I'd try to cleanse-tone-moisturize only once a day + exfoliate only once or twice a week for a month or so and see if it helped. I think there would be a period where it was worse before it was better but it might be worth a try?
But take it with a grain of salt of course because my skin type is different than yours, and this is just what I'm remembering from working at The Body Shop nearly a decade ago (damn that makes me feel old!)
Good luck!
