I read the rules!
I sat at my computer for about thirty-two minutes contemplating posting this introduction after reading a few of the "welcomes" newbies got for introducing themselves. Eventually, I came to the idea that I like chicken and felt the need to go ahead and post away. Let the flaming begin.
Hola friends. Anti-misanthropic black kid here. /sarcasm
I love life and enjoy my dog Whisper whose corpse I kept after she died two years ago. /more sarcasm
Just seriously though, not sure what I should be typing. I've said hello and now I'm just filling empty space with stuff. :P

4. What are your favorite films?
Pitch Black, The Matrix...
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Odd, never thought of that one. I suppose the original tune.
6. At your funeral?
Again, another odd one. I'd have to say again the original.
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Personally, from a high fall or quick and painless; a bullet to the skull.

My mother.

Hah! Wassup, and welcome.
Gotta admit, Pet Semetary was the closest thing to a truly scary book I've ever read. Every time I try to catch Pitch Black on cable, though, some asshole won't quit talking untill I don't know what the fuck happened. I'll wikipedia it or some shit... someday...

Appreciated welcomes. And yeah. Vin Diesel is somethin' else. Movie managed to keep me entertained. I felt the following "Chronicals Of Riddick" kinda strayed off the path it first laid out.
As for Stephen King, I love the dude. I'm in the process of reading "Needful Things". Last book for him that I read was "Cell" and I fell in love with it. :P

For your next King read, try The Stand.
Not the shocking-scary kind of read, more of the "We're all doomed-depression" kind of read.
Welcome.

I'm reading that now and I'm ready to throw it out the window. Its the super long edition so I don't know if that makes a difference, but its every bad Stephen King cliche rolled into one, long book. It was great before it got religious and borderline racist/ableist/sexist.
I read Misery recentlyand that was pretty good, very gorey though. I think The Shining was the best novel so far, Duma Key was also good and I really love the short story Everything's Eventual.

Cell was amazing. One of his best books; my personal favorite. Although, I hated the ending like a mad itch you get from a rash. I personally felt like he could have done something better with it.

I was reading Dean Koontz today, and it was a wonderful story about an abusive man who beat up his wife, and this woman bought the pet golden retriever from him for 2,000 dollars! I like Stephen King too, but that's what the whisper dog corpse thing made me think of. Cujo...how many dogs are named Cujo? I know this guy who has a pet dalmatian named Cujo. Well, not know, but smoked with him. Sorta kinda got a huge head high. Yeah, local loonie here. Welcome. I sit in the corner. Gothic net is fun for random intervals, like speed...or....LSD with flashbacks and everything! Nevermind, oh and you're a computer programmer! Cool. I find computer programmers predictable. I don't know why, I won't explain why I think so....repetition probably. Snap I just did.
Let's go out for coffee sometime?
P.S. I'm not normally this sarcastic but um...er...welcome?

Thanks for that... er... Informational welcome. It's much appreciated.
Cujo is an amazin' name. XD I'll have to remember that when I get my next dog. I'll just reserve the name "Whisper" for my corn or python snake.
Not much of a taker myself. I tend to stay away from shit that fucks up my head more than I do myself.
As for the programmer bit, we can be a bit predictable. Not more than any other average person however. I just tend to think a bit more logically when sitting in front of my computer staring at code.
And I love coffee. I get shit head if I don't have it in the morning. So yeah, let's hang.
P.S. Thanks for the second welcome. xD
