Purple DIY clothes for guys???

Hey I've got another question- I really like the colour purple (esp mixed with black) but problem is, I'm a guy.

I want to make/customize some black clothes that have purple in them but I can't think of a way to do this without them looking too girlish.

I'm looking to make pretty much anything with purple- arm warmers, pants, shirts, etc. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

dude, just go buy purple clothes, I doubt any intelligent human being would even give a shit. If you want to go it yourself, which seems like a lot of work, then... I dunno, arm warmers seem easy enough.

Or you could search the fashion forum to see if your question has already been answered before.

I have no doubt that purple clothes and just about any kind of DIY has probably been covered already.

you said to stop worrying what the whole world thinks, well thats not what i meant.

I meant that most of the purple clothes I see in stores is stuff *I* think is TOO girly, that *I* dont think would look good on ME.

Just looking for ideas for making stuff that would suit a guy better.

Actually arm warmers seem like a good idea, and easy too. Thanks for being one of the few people who actually said something intelligent and helpful.

Put pictures of big-titted women in monster trucks on them, drinking Jack Daniels, and killing foreigners with electric guitars. That will make it more manly.

Im a man and i like purple, i try to incorporate some into my look, otherwise id just look like a tool just in one tone of black from neck to floor, im not worried about that small bit of colour making me feel a bit girly, and thats all that matters.

tbh most the ppl that would say things about it where i live, dont have a F****** clue how to dress.
