The Knife

Recently, I've really been getting into the Knife, a Swedish electropop duo who makes some of the most original-sounding contemporary music. I can't get this particular song out of my head recently:

Pass This On

Their latest album, Silent Shout, is particularly brilliant. I'd call it Darkwave if I didn't know better:

Marble House

I like your taste in music. I also had a look at Like A Pen and Heartbeats, this is good stuff. Pass This On is great, I really like that film clip.

I absolutely love them. My friend Ian got me listening to them. My favourite songs are Forest Families and Silent Shout.

They're a brilliant, brilliant band.

The singer, Karin Dreijer Andersson, put out a solo album under the name Fever Ray a couple months ago. If you like the Knife, it's well worth looking up.
