Trojan removal - Antimalware Doctor
Anyone ever had this on their PC and, if so, how did you get shot? I've tried rkill followed by Malwarebytes. I even went Die Hard-ing my way through the C-drive and registry, deleting that shit like so much sub-standard terrorism and unregistering dlls for good measure, but the motherfucker is yippee-ki-ya proof. AVG naturally is standing around with its dick in its hand popping up now and then all, "Hey, how 'bout that trojan, huh?", then crapping its pants when I agree that, yes, I would very much like to remove it.

Hmm, have you tried restoring your computer to an earlier date? I know when I get somthing like that, all I do is restore my computer to an earlier date and it's gone.

I've found bleepingcomputer.com to be one of the most helpful antivirus, malware and spyware resources I've ever come across. They have a guide for your specific problem:
Remove Antimalware Doctor (Uninstall Guide)

I find Avast to be far more useful than AVG. If the thing from beeping computer doesn't work (or even if it does) give it a try.
I had a REALLY nasty virus for like, a month. It had completely crippled my ability to DL stuff, hijacked my web browsers constantly, replace my background and made my screensaver look like my comp had gone BSOD.
After the virus had stumped a friend of mine (who fixed computers for a living) I finally decided to try Avast, and low and behold, the damm thing worked.
Haven't had a problem since. I also now always browse with noscript.

Thanks guys, I got it. Will definitely consider Avast though, as you're not the first to say that.
Renatus - be careful with that, dude - in my experience using system restore to get rid of an infection is dicey to say the least.
Ben - I had actually already tried the rkill and MWB solution BC recommended when I posted this. I point this out, not from lack of appreciation for your input, but so you and everyone reading understands that I won this round, not out of adherence to expert instructions, but from the sheer size of my balls. My girlfriend is now under strict instructions to refer to me as John McClane in front of her techno-geek friends, to which she is morally bound to adhere since it's her computer I single-handedly saved from this virtual Alan Rickman with my maverick ways.
Thanks again for the suggestions, guys.
