What's your favorite thing about cold weather
I don't know about you guys but I just love to wear jacket's and sweaters, not to mention my black leather trenchcoat. There is something magical about cold weather and it brings back a lot of good memories. I don't know if you have noticed but almost everything seems more enjoyable, I even think music sounds kind of different....

I personally hate spring and summer. It is months of sweating like a pig, frying your skin, and tanning. I just don't have a very good tolerance towards the sun, and heat makes me generally angry.
So that's why I love the cold. But cuddling up to someone is nice too. It's always nice to be able to use the old "Oh I'm so cold, please hold me in your big strong arms" thing.

I also love wrapping up warm. I just bought a long coat made from real wool (Core it was pricey though!).
Sitting in front of my log fire.
Snuggling up with the cat.
Breathing in the crisp air and then seeing your breath as you exhale.
Wearing fuzzy warm socks

The thing I love most about the cold.. Well... It would have to be the feeling of the cold, fresh air filling up my lungs.

Black cardigan sweaters, hot coffee, my black Navy pea coat, big boots, Christmas lights (don't beat me), and walking around the neighborhood kicking leaves. All of which are typically difficult to enjoy in Oklahoma nine months out of the year.

Like Graveyard, I HATE heat. Cold weather gives me more reason to wear vinyl and leather. Plus I have this wicked jacket fetish, so I'm all good in Fall and Winter. Autumn FTW.

I think that fall is my favorite season. I love winter because of the snow. It's sooo pretty!!! Also there's Christmas to look forward to in a sense... just a bit.
I think it's the time when I get to finally loose my sunburn. YAYYY!! Also there are no insects (i hate them) which is always a good thing!
Thank you winter!!!!

Never been a fan of the heat here either, unfortunately this is Wisconsin the state of extreme temperatures and extreme temperature swings.

I love the smell of cold air. It has a definite scent.
I love the smell of leaf mould/fallen leaves.
I LOVE fog! ( which seems to sometimes accompany cold weather here ) Lovelovelove it. I can swish around in my floor length velvet coat XD
I love frost! I like to see a good thick frost in the early morning, and I like making footprints in untouched patches
I am a massive fan of autumn/fall, as I adore crunching through dry fallen leaves, espescially when they are in big piles !
My fringe stays where it is supposed to be, as opposed to in summer when it sticks to my forehead and looks hideous.
I love snow. I just adore it when it first begins to fall in big flakes, like an Edward scissorhands moment
I get to wear my black elbow length woollen gloves !

All of the above, plus, when you light candles on a chilly evening, they don't turn your room into a sauna.
I also love the way a heavy snowfall muffles all the sound. There's no solitude like walking at night, away from the streetlights, with the air thick and white.

Exactly. There is such a curious silence, and yet it isn't quite silent. You can almost hear the snow falling.

Sweaters!
And the fact that I do like the gloomy overcast we get around here. There's something inspiring when it gets like that.

I despise the cold with a scathing passion.
I freeze really easily, and the fact my parents never raise the heater above sixty degrees is another reason, as it feels like a fucking meat locker in my house (there's little to no insulation, or so it feels; our walls are paper thin, I swear). That, and I hate having to get all bundled up, which means a bigger chance for me to miss the bus to school, as I'll be too busy getting ready!
And as I said before, the lack of heat--I hate being cold--and even in my house, it still feels like I'm outside. We don't even have a fireplace, so I usually end up bumming off of my friend Ryan's place during the winter months.
So, yeah, I hate it.
I also hate the cold because it's even harder to type since my fingers are so numb and feel like they're popsicles.

Being outside for a while in crisp, sharp wind that makes your skin all cold and chills you to the bone, getting a runny nose, seeing your breath, your hands so cold you can hardly move your fingers...
And then coming inside from all of that, pouring yourself a glass of lovely Merlot or Pinotage and just soaking away in a steaming hot bath.
Yeah, that's my favourite thing about cold weather.

It's always so much quieter in the midst of winter. That crisp, pristine silence accompanying the foggy, lamplit mornings is something that makes just existing a peaceful and worthwhile experience.

I like the fact that it's not as brighter nor as hot, so I am not squinting or sweating. Also, as Clockwork said, it's much more peaceful.
